WW Week One

I lost three pounds this week!  🙂

I also took the stairs at work, instead of the elevator.

I’m hoping for more weight lost this upcoming week.

My goal for the rest of the week is 64 ounces of water a day.  So, if you’re hanging out with me and I have to go to the bathroom a LOT, you know why.  *sigh*

    Your body should get used to the water so hopefully you won’t be wearing a track to the plumbing. Lemon in water is a great way to amend the taste if it gets ho-hum.
